Ordering Policy
Look through our website and write down the items that you want. There is a $50 minimum order. You will also need to provide sales tax number and name, address and phone number of your company.
You can submit your order by e-mail, fax or telephone, whatever is most convenient for you.
We will process your order within 2-3 days unless it is custom design order. The custom design orders take 1-2 days longer.

Shipping Information Policy
We strive to ship within 2 business days of when the order is received. Most of the time we can accomplish this unless you are placing a custom order.
We ship all items by insured UPS. The ship time from Oklahoma can range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. We will also ship Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select if you request. The rates for Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day are considerably higher. We try to keep the shipping cost as low as possible, unless we are directed otherwise.

Return Policy
If an item is defective or if we have made an error, we will gladly accept your return. Just put it in a box and return to us with your information. Also include a telephone number with the returned items. The cost of the return shipping belongs to the customer.

Payment Policy
As of now we will accept for payment your company or personal check, money orders or cashiers check. In the near future we will be setting up an account with PayPal and you will be able to use a credit card. We will update you when this service is available.
